With 13 years of experience as a quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles, Michael Vick has a unique perspective for players fortunate enough to earn roster spots with the Atlanta Legends. Vick, a proven and versatile success at Virginia Tech and in the NFL, now serves as the Legends’ offensive coordinator for coach Brad Childress in the Alliance of American Football. Leading into the league’s inaugural season, Vick was on hand to help put prospective offensive players through dozens of drills at preseason combines, testing their strength, dexterity and selflessness. From the get-go, Vick had hopeful players’ attention and got an up-close view of potential pieces for his team’s puzzle.
