Head Coach, Arizona Hotshots

Rick Neuheisel played his college football at UCLA, working his way from a freshman walk-on to a senior starting quarterback, leading the team to a Rose Bowl victory and earning MVP honors in the process.

Following UCLA, Neuheisel would forgo the NFL Draft for the USFL, where he played two seasons with the San Antonio Gunslingers. He transitioned to the NFL in 1987, splitting the season with the San Diego Chargers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
